Step 1 – Determine your band size or under bust.
Wrap a measuring tape firmly around the area just beneath your breasts, with the centimetre side facing out. Round to the nearest whole number and match with the table below to find your band size eg 75cm = 12 (34).
Step 2 – Measure your bust size
While wearing a non-padded bra, take the measuring tape and wrap it around your bust, covering the fullest area of your breasts. You should keep your arms close into your body while doing so, to get an accurate measurement. Again, round up the measurement to the nearest whole number.
Step 3 – Determine your cup size
Now that you know your band size, use the table below and scroll down your band size column until you come to your bust size. When you come to your correct bust size, scroll to the left to find your cup size eg 75cm under bust and 96cm bust measurement = band size 12 (or 34) and cup size DD ie your bra size is12DD or 34DD J
