We know you are all busy mumma’s and mumma’s-to-be so our goal is to provide you with a premium online service from the time you choose your maternity lingerie to the time you receive your order. To save you time, here’s a few of the most frequently asked questions we receive. Please don’t hesitate to Contact us if your questions are not answered here.

Do I have to use the shopping cart?

If you are uncomfortable using the shopping cart/online shopping facility on our site (or for some annoying technical reason it does not work correctly!), let us help you. You can Contact us and we will be more than happy to take your order over the phone or by email. We can answer any questions directly and an electronic invoice will be sent to you for your puchase which you can then pay via paypal or direct debit.

How do I know what size I need?

Refer to our Size Guide for instructions on how to measure yourself or use the fit of your current bra as a guide to whether you need to go up a size or can stay in the same size. Certain styles also have sizing information on their page to assist. Please don’t hesitate to Contact us if you are not sure. 

We suggest that you buy a couple of styles/sizes so that you can try them all on in comfort in your home. Choose those that are best for you and simply send those that are not right back to us. As soon as we receive the items back we will process your refund quickly (minus costs to post out to you) so that the cost side of things is kept manageable for you. This method avoids lost time in having to exchange for a different size and will get you a good fit faster!

If you are in Perth, we are pleased to offer you appointments to come and view our range and try on styles. Appointment booking times are Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday afternoon. Please email info@yummymummylingerie to arrange an appointment time.

Am I able to return/exchange my purchases if they don’t fit? 

Yes – no problem. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full exchange for another style, store credit or refund for the goods purchased. Prompt, courteous and fuss free – guaranteed 🙂 Items must be returned within 10 working days of the date of dispatch by Yummy Mummy Lingerie and must be in original condition with all labels and tags attached. Postage costs are not refundable. 

Please Contact us – prior to returning the item/s – via email info@yummymummylingerie.com so we can assist with a speedy exchange/refund for the particular item you have purchased. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for finer details such as postage costs associated with returns/exchanges.

  • Due to Health Regulations, Yummy Mummy Lingerie does not accept exchanges on maternity swimwear, maternity underwear (briefs, undies, knickers) or stockings and tights.
  • No exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.
  • Only store credits or exchanges will be issued for gift vouchers as they are not refundable for cash

How much is postage? 

So that you will get your lovely lingerie FAST – Yummy Mummy Lingerie offers a flat rate of $12 for Australia Post EXPRESS * postage Australia-wide OR $10 for regular post (5+ working days) for orders under $160. Orders over $160 will receive FREE regular postage.

OVERSEAS ORDERS – shipping is charged at a flat rate of $20.

*Please note that Beha Maternity Lingerie, Bikini Mama’s, Mamáybebé, XOthree and MOVEMAMÍ are drop-shipped and can only be posted to you via regular post ($10).  Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

Can I pick up an order or drop off a return?

By all means if you live in Perth we are happy to arrange this. Simply select Free Local Pickup – Waterford at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready. Similarly in the case of returns, Contact us and we will be happy to arrange details. Please email us if you would like more details about this option.

*Please note that our ranges that are drop-shipped are not available for local pick-up. 

What does drop-shipped mean ?

Certain of our products and ranges are supplied via a dropshipping fulfillment method. This simply means that stock of these products is not stored by us but is purchased from a wholesale supplier and is shipped directly to you when you make your purchase via our Site. The benefit to you is many brands and styles in one place to choose from and just one postage cost for you. Depending on your order, you may receive several parcels or just the one – but who doesn’t like receiving parcels in the mail?!  

Can I order from you if I don’t live in Australia?

Absolutely. We are happy to ship to destinations outside of Australia. Simply add your address details during checkout and the flat rate will be applied. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for finer details and conditions of Overseas shipping.

What if my size is not available?

If your size does not appear in the drop down box of the style you are interested in it usually means that we have sold out of that size or it does not come in that size. Please Contact us and we will be more than happy to let you know what the situation is. We will also assist with sizing variations and/or suggest alternative styles for you if your first choice is not available.

Can you order a specific style in for me? 

If we stock the brand but you can’t find the style you’re particularly looking for we’re happy to try and source it for you, there may be a surcharge for small orders however.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes – Please visit our Gift Vouchers page to purchase these. Simply purchase (add to cart and pay for) the voucher(s) amount that you would like. As soon as payment is received a staff member from Yummy Mummy Lingerie will email you with further details. You can have Yummy Mummy Lingerie email the voucher to your loved one with the personalised message of your choice. Or we are happy to email you the voucher and you can email it to your loved one yourself. The choice is yours 🙂  To redeem, the voucher code is entered in the coupon box field on the shopping cart page and the voucher amount deducted from the purchase.

If you’re like the majority of our customers, you’re going to be absolutely thrilled with your lovely new maternity bra or maternity lingerie sets. However in the unlikely event that they are not exactly as you wanted, then we are here to help with a prompt and courteous exchange or refund. All we ask is that you let us know as quickly as possible that something is not quite right and that the maternity lingerie is returned in the same condition as it was sent.
