SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

So that you will get your lovely lingerie FAST – Yummy Mummy Lingerie offers a flat rate of $12 for Australia Post EXPRESS postage * Australia-wide or $10 for regular post (5+business days) for orders under $160. Orders over $160 will receive FREE regular postage.      

*Please note that Beha Maternity Lingerie, Gazongas Collection, Mamáybebé, MOVEMAMÍ, XOthree and Bikini Mama’s are drop-shipped and will be posted to you via regular post $10.

** If you are ordering from Perth, W.A., ‘free pickup’ for orders – except for our drop shipped styles –  can be selected at checkout and time and date arranged by emailing info@yummymummylingerie.com

We aim to process your order within 48 hours of it being submitted.  We work hard to keep our stock numbers up to date, but occasionally an order is placed at the same time as another online or non-online customer and an item may become unavailable. A member of the team will contact you as soon as possible if an item you ordered is out of stock.

As we specialise in maternity lingerie we are able to offer a lovely range of brands, styles and sizes however sometimes an item may be temporarily out of stock. When this happens we order each product in direct from the supplier/s and delivery time to you may be delayed. In most cases your order will be shipped to you within 1 to 2 weeks but occasionally some orders can be delayed.

Delivery of items that are ordered in are subject to availability, and Yummy Mummy Lingerie cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed or unavailable.

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched via Australia Post. Delivery will take around 2-5 working days, depending on your location and the postage method you choose (please allow longer for regional areas). Please contact us on info@yummymummylingerie.com if you require a Tracking Number which you can use to track the progress of your delivery on the Australia Post website: http://auspost.com.au/track/

Please note that parcels will be left at your address and do not require a signature on delivery. We are unable to take responsibility for items that are lost in the post. We will, however, assist in locating any parcels that go astray.

Yummy Mummy Lingerie will not be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

OVERSEAS SHIPPING FROM AUSTRALIA

We are happy to post to all destinations. Simply enter your address and Country of residence in the address details at checkout and the flat rate of $20* will apply. *Please note that this is the shipping cost only. You are responsible for any customs duties, fees or taxes that may apply, even if you decide to return the items. Yummy Mummy Lingerie does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply and will not accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full exchange for another style, store credit or a refund for the goods purchased provided they are returned as new*. Prompt, courteous and fuss free – guaranteed 🙂 

We suggest that you buy a couple of styles/sizes so that you can try them all on in comfort in your home. Choose those that are best for you and simply send those that are not right back to us. As soon as we receive the items back we will process your refund quickly (minus costs to post out to you) so that the cost side of things is kept manageable for you. This method avoids lost time in having to exchange for a different size and will get you a good fit faster!

*PLEASE NOTE – we are happy to exchange, provide store credit or refund provided the items are returned as new. They must be unworn, unwashed and in clean, unsoiled condition, with all labels and tags attached. Items must be returned within 10 working days of the date of dispatch by Yummy Mummy Lingerie. Any item(s) returned in any other condition will not be eligible for return and will be returned to you.  Postage costs can not be refunded.

Please contact us – prior to returning the item/s – via email info@yummymummylingerie.com so we can assist with the exchange needs and or arrange a speedy refund for the particular items you have purchased.

Postage costs incurred in returning an item are the responsibility of the customer – UNLESS the item is being returned as faulty. As we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in the exchange process, we recommend you use a traceable method of postage when returning items. Once we receive the returned item/s, and we are happy with the condition, the correct size or different style you require will be posted back to you. Our aim is to send the replacement back to you as quickly and hassle free as possible.


PLEASE NOTE:

  • Due to Health Regulations, Yummy Mummy Lingerie does not accept exchanges on nursing pads, maternity swimwear, maternity underwear (briefs, undies, knickers) or stockings and tights.
  • No refunds, exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.
  • Postage costs can not be refunded.
  • Please refer to the care label and washing instructions on each garment. Yummy Mummy Lingerie, nor our suppliers accept responsibility for damage caused to garments due to incorrect washing or drying.

 

 OVERSEAS RETURNS 

All returns conditions are similar to those outlined above for overseas returns except all postage costs incurred in returning and exchanging an item are the responsibility of the customer – UNLESS the item is being returned as faulty. As we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in the exchange process, we recommend you use a traceable method of postage when returning items. Once we receive the returned item/s, and we are happy with the condition, we will post back to you – at your cost – the correct size or different style you require. Our aim is to send the replacement back to you as quickly and hassle free as possible.

 

 

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. As unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
